Luscious Lox Hair Extensions

THE LONG AND THE SHORT OF IT

What's involved in getting hair extensions and are they safe?

Sydney's hottest A list celebrities wear Lusciouslox. "Lusciouslox uses NO chemicals so there's no damage to your hair. "The best part is that they are reusable and they can be easily removed at any time if you change your mind or if you simply want to maintain them with the lusciouslox unique rotational plan.""It usually takes between one and two hours to apply the lusciouslox extensions."

"First, extensions are colour-matched to your natural hair, so they become totally undetectable.""Then tiny micro-beads (the smallest on the market) are threaded over small sections of your hair and fastened at the root of your hair.""The hair extension (with the proprietary LOXTIP) which looks and feels like natural hair, is then threaded into the bead and secured into place.""It takes a few days to adjust to having extensions, but then it feels like your own hair - you'll forget you're even wearing them and you can do all your normal activities, like swimming and exercising, without worrying about damaging your new hair."

How long does my hair have to be?

"Your hair should be longer than 10cm to attach and camouflage"

How much does it cost?

"It depends on how many extensions are needed as well as the length and thickness of your own hair". "On average, most people spend between $300 (to fill in hair or add fullness) and $1800 (if you have a complete full head of hair extensions). The hair we use for lusciouslox is the highest quality possible offering many benefits e.g. long-lasting and reusable, especially for our blondes."

How long does it last?

"Anything between 6 months and two years, depending on how well you maintain them."

Any ongoing costs?

"You need your extensions refitted or maintained every six to eight weeks. Ample amounts of hair are required to anchor hair extensions. This ensures that the extensions are always held firmly in place. It costs around $65 per hour, and can take up to two or three hours depending on how many extensions you have."

What are the different types of extensions available?

"Hair extensions can be attached using techniques such as weaving hair pieces or even gluing.""There are also other micro ring systems available but its the LOXTIP that makes lusciouslox special".

"The LOXTIP allows lusciouslox and the hairdressers that use it to use the smallest micro ring on the market to date."
